Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

As a Housekeeper at Holladay Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and our 200+ resident apartments. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day!

Compensation
: $18.50 - $22.40 / hr DOE

Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am-3:30pm

• Champion PRS culture by ingraining our Mission, Vision and Core Values into all aspects of your role.
• Actively participate in departmental training to become increasingly skilled in your area of focus.
• Provide routine housekeeping services, special duties, and deep cleanings of resident apartments, ensuring assigned areas are maintained to high standards.
• Embrace the purpose of offering residents an inviting experience that is happening for them, not a service happening to them, while approaching all encounters with residents, guests, and co‑workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
• Remain knowledgeable of emergency procedures and respond in a calm, professional manner when needed.

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.
• Ability to read and understand label.
