Overview

As a Custodian at Holiday Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and take down of gathering spaces. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day!

Schedules available:
Wed-Sun Night 10:30pm-7:00am OR Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 7:00am-3:30pm/ Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Wages
: $18.50-$22.40 / hr DOE

How you’ll do it:

• Deliver routine and special cleaning services across the community, including carpet shampooing, floor waxing, window washing, and trash removal, while fostering a progressive customer service culture.
• Support resident and public events by setting up and taking down meeting rooms, arranging chairs, tables, and audio/video equipment, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks.
• Safely and professionally operate specialized floor care equipment, maintaining assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Engage with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner, actively participating in training and remaining prepared to respond calmly to emergencies.

About You
:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand labels.
