** To join our team as a Program Manager. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of an innovative, equity‑focused residential energy efficiency program serving customers across Oregon and Southwest Washington. This role leads a high‑impact team and partners closely with clients and community‑based organizations to remove participation barriers, strengthen program operations, and expand access to energy upgrades that improve affordability, comfort, and safety in homes.
The Program Manager is responsible for program strategy, team leadership, client management, and continuous improvement, translating data and community insight into meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of energy efficiency and equity, excels in relationship‑driven environments, and thrives managing complex programs with measurable community impact. This position is part of a regional leadership team overseeing innovative residential energy programs and is preferably based in Oregon or Washington, with quarterly travel to Portland required at minimum.

*** Lead and mentor a team focused on increasing customer, contractor, and community-based organization participation.
* Set and execute program strategy to build internal capacity and expand equitable services for underserved communities.
* Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, community organizations, trades, and cross‑functional internal teams.
* Oversee enhancements to program software supporting participation and project management.
* Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.
* Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative.
* Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
* Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.
* Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable, strategic recommendations for the client.
** Exciting candidates will have…
*** 6+ years of relevant experience in: + residential energy efficiency programs, + program development and delivery, + project management, + home energy auditing, + and/or HVAC and weatherization best practices.
* 2+ years of leadership and people management experience.
* Strong client management focus with proven success in a consulting environment.
* Experience managing large, complex budgets in the $5M–$10M range.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools.
* Excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills; bilingual communication a plus.
* Highly organized, detail‑oriented problem solver capable of thriving under pressure, managing interruptions, and meeting tight deadlines.
