To join our team as a Senior Field Manager
. We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Manager to lead a field operations team delivering residential energy efficiency incentive program account management, quality assurance, and technical training opportunities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. This role partners closely with program leadership to work with clients to ensure high‑quality delivery, proactive issue resolution, and strong contractor and program partner engagement.
The Senior Field Manager provides strategic field‑based insight to inform program design, operational improvements, and progress toward energy savings goals, while fostering strong relationships and technical excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep building science expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for advancing energy efficiency and community impact.
This position is preferably based in Oregon or Washington, with quarterly travel to Portland required at minimum.

- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse field operations team, fostering a collaborative culture that delivers high‑quality assessments, inspections, and customer service.
- Translate field insights, qualitative feedback, and performance data into clear, strategic recommendations that support client goals.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.
- Analyze program performance, identify trends, and prepare concise reports that inform decision‑making and demonstrate progress.
- Advance quality assurance and technical standards by guiding field staff, supporting remediation efforts, and ensuring contractors meet installation requirements.
- Manage time, scope, and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining proactive communication and strong follow‑through.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience with:
- utility or residential energy efficiency programs,
- residential building science,
- HVAC and weatherization best practices,
- technical energy efficiency upgrade principles,
- and/or conducting home energy assessments.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably managing remote or field‑based staff.
- Experience in sales, outreach, or account management, particularly in contractor engagement, partner development, or customer‑facing roles.
- Proficiency with energy auditing software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working as a consultant with proven success serving clients
- Strong written, reporting, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented problem solver able to manage stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Located in a commutable distance from Portland.
