This President role offers the opportunity to lead operations at a key facility while partnering with the CEO on strategic direction. Backed by private equity, the organization is positioned for continued growth across North America.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Shape the company's strategic vision for sustainable growth
- Evaluate long-range planning, new programs, and market expansion strategies
- Drive revenue through business development and client relationships
- Accelerate growth initiatives across the United States
- Optimize supply chain and replenishment strategies to improve delivery and working capital
- Partner with business unit leaders on quality, process controls, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure production meets internal standards and efficiency targets
- Provide day-to-day leadership to management team and employees
- Approve annual budgets and drive adherence throughout the year
- Provide strategic financial input on critical organizational decisions
- Conduct regular business reviews against annual targets
- Present quarterly updates to Board of Directors
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Provide guidance, development, and training across the organization
- Work collaboratively with executive team and sister facility
- Proven track record as CEO, President, COO, or GM with full P&L responsibility
- Strong mix of sales and operations experience
- Success leading a middle-market business competing against larger competitors
- 5+ years in industrial manufacturing or similar technical manufacturing environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership approach
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented execution
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred
- Private equity portfolio company experience
- Board presentation and reporting experience
