About

The Role

In alignment with our strong learning culture at Ampere Computing, we are seeking a Program Manager to expand our Talent Development (TD) team within the People & Culture (P&C) organization. As a Talent Development Program Manager, you will focus on co-designing, deploying, and tracking learning curriculum and ensure the successful ongoing rollout of programs and resources for all employees ’ll partner closely with P&C colleagues and business leaders to design, develop and deploy learning solutions in service of continuous development.

What You’ll Achieve
  • In partnership with the Head of Talent, you will design, develop and deploy new programs and resources across a variety of topics, bringing together external experts and internal stakeholders to build customized global learning solutions.
  • Through collaboration with subject matter experts, stakeholders and business teams you will partner to identify goals and outcomes for technical development programs.
  • Develop learning tools, performance support mechanisms, practice activities, scenario‑based learning, online tutorials, and other materials to meet identified needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of new developments in learning science, learning design, and learning technologies.
  • Build implementation plans and coordinate the ongoing offerings of centralized learning solutions.
  • Regularly report out on engagement and efficacy of TD initiatives, programs and resources to ensure learning standards are met.
  • Work with our learning management system and data analytics tools.
  • Stay current on innovations in learning design and delivery; network and build relationships with professional organizations and training providers.
  • Build mechanisms to manage specific process changes with stakeholder groups to ensure future state fidelity and field relevance.
About You
  • Bachelors degree & 5 years of related experience; or Master's degree & 3 years experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical learning & development, training and/or content management role. Experience with DEI curriculum, assessments and partnering with vendors is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled facilitation experience preferred.
  • Prior success in design, development and execution of learning programs and resources. Experience deploying remote learning solutions is desired.
  • Effective organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs at the same time.
  • Experience working with learning management systems, data analysis tools and surveys.
  • You are an outstanding project manager with experience managing complex and ambiguous projects to great outcomes applying clear objectives, timeline, budget and communications to keep team members aligned.
  • You’re a quick‑thinking, hard‑working, and fast‑learning problem solver with a proficiency in data analytics.
  • You are agile and know how to shift between strategy and tactical execution.
What We’ll Offer

At Ampere we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, cash long‑term incentive, and comprehensive benefits. The full base pay range for this role is between $119,000 and $179,000, except in the San Francisco Bay Area where the range is between $133,500 and $200,500.
