NT is recruiting for a hands-on Location Manager to lead a high-touch medspa and wellness clinic in Portland
. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being in the clinic with patients and staff, knows their numbers, and takes real ownership of outcomes.
You’ll run the daily operating rhythm, coach the team, and drive measurable improvement with a strong emphasis on revenue performance and net membership growth (NMG) over the next six months. What You’ll DoLead the team
- Set clear expectations, build accountability, and coach performance across front desk and clinic teams.
- Run daily huddles and weekly performance check-ins; address issues early and consistently.
Own performance (revenue + NMG)
- Track results and execute weekly actions that drive revenue and net membership growth (NMG).
- Improve key drivers like consult conversion, membership conversion, rebooking, utilization, and average spend per visit.
Coach consultative selling
- Model and coach patient-facing conversations around services, packages, and memberships.
- Improve lead follow-up speed, booking conversion, and rebooking behaviors.
- Own scheduling/staffing coverage, clinic readiness, and service flow standards.
- Ensure systems stay accurate and current (practice management/EMR, POS, CRM).
- Set the tone for hospitality and professionalism.
- Handle escalations and service recovery with calm, fast follow-through.
- Performance bonus: Up to ~$3,000/month (up to ~$36,000/year
) based on performance, with emphasis on net membership growth (NMG) and revenue goals

- 5+ years leading a single-site team in a performance-driven environment (medspa, spa, boutique fitness, wellness, high-end service/retail, clinic operations).
- Strong, visible people leadership: coaching, accountability, and performance management.
- Comfort with patient-facing sales and coaching a team to hit revenue + membership growth goals.
- Demonstrated experience using KPIs to drive outcomes (revenue, NMG/memberships, rebooking, utilization, average revenue per visit, reviews/NPS).
- Comfortable working on-site in a clinic setting and reliably working Saturdays

- Experience improving performance in an underperforming or inconsistent location/team.
- Familiarity with practice management/EMR

, and CRM systems.
Full-time, consistent Tuesday–Saturday schedule (daytime hours; Saturdays required) in a single Portland clinic.
