ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do
The District Manager is responsible for leading the Wildlife Operations team in the assigned territory. The role includes directing sales and administrative functions to provide quality service, achieving district performance objectives, overseeing operations, maintenance of profit and loss accountability, and upholding outstanding customer service.
Your Daily Duties
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, state and federal laws applicable to the industry, including the Dept. of Agriculture, Dept. of Natural Resources, OSHA, EPA, division of Wage and Hour, etc.
- Assure that all subordinates are properly registered in required categories and attain required hours of ongoing education.
- Train employees in wildlife biology, entomology, administration, policies, fleet and equipment maintenance, time management, ethical business practices, pride, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
- Control expenses in all areas and establish an approval system for monitoring.
- Manage field staff and implement effective route management and growth within company guidelines.
- Develop current management staff and field personnel.
- Submit timely paperwork and documentation.
- Recruit and hire new talent.
- Continuously improve profit and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and concerns.

Work Environment:
- Using a ladder within the manufacturer's required weight capacity.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Working in various weather conditions.
- Performing administrative duties while seated for long periods of time.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; four‑year degree preferred (e.g., business & management, wildlife management, natural sciences, forestry, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Sales, military or job‑related experience.
- Hired candidates must reside or relocate centrally to their assigned region.
