* Purpose:

** **(General description and summary)
** The Cultivating Community Program Manager oversees the 24/7 behavioral health shelter serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). This leadership role is responsible for program operations, safe and effective service delivery, staff supervision and development, quality assurance, and positive program outcomes. The Program Manager collaborates with State, County, community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the implementation of best practices while upholding New Narrative's mission and values.

This position fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement across the program.
** Accountabilities:** **(Responsibilities of the job)
** Program Operations
* Complete data tracking for program and conduct regular audits of data
* Serve as a liaison for Multnomah County staff, coordinating site reviews, audits, and certification requirements.
* Attend and actively participant in all County and State level meetings
* Manage referrals and maintain waitlist as needed, coordinating with all referring partners
* Participate in on-call phone rotation for after-hours consultation and crisis response, including on-site response when indicated
* Complete routine supply orders, ensuring all necessary resources remain available on-site, including coordination with external vendors as needed
* Closely monitor the contract’s budget, including the oversight of other card holders within the program
* Directs and participates in determining needs and assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating the program
* Maintain and update program policies and procedures as needed
* Perform other incidental and related duties as required

Staff Supervision
* Provide bi-weekly individualized supervision to all direct reports, maintaining thorough documentation in New Narrative’s electronic employee files
* Conduct timely employee performance reviews and ongoing performance improvement, coaching, and feedback
* Implements hiring, supervision, and training practices that encourage and inspire a team environment with open communication, maintaining diversity, integrity, and growth opportunities for staff. Collaborates actively with HR to achieve these measures.
* Oversee training of all staff on processes and skills necessary to provide effective service delivery
* Ensures clinical effectiveness is reached through best practices, including trauma-informed and person-centered care
* Collaborate with Clinical and Peer management to support staff with specialized roles
