Greystar is currently recruiting for a Community Manager position to oversee an upcoming property in the South Portland area. This role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community.
The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $98,000. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

- Corporate Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. - Onsite Property Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
