The Director oversees daily operations for the Health and Counseling Center’s (HCC) Medical and Counseling Services. In this dual role, the Director combines direct patient care with administrative and clinical leadership. The Director is also responsible for supervising staff, managing healthcare programs, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. The Director facilitates coordinated care, shared protocols, and aligned service delivery to support a holistic model of student health at the HCC.

The Director contributes to HCC strategic planning, maintains a visible campus presence, and collaborates with campus partners to support student health and well‑being.

The position reports to the Associate Dean of Students for Health and Well‑being, and primarily works on campus, interfacing with students, student families, faculty, and staff.

The starting salary range for this position is $135,000–$145,000
. Candidates who hold an active MD or DO medical license and are qualified in family medicine or a comparable medical specialty may be eligible for additional skills‑based compensation of up to $10,000
. Pay offers are contingent upon experience and are determined through an internal pay assessment. This is an exempt position in grade 12.
