Energy Trust provides for a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Change Management Lead would be expected to report to the office at least quarterly.
What We’re Looking For:The Change Management Lead is responsible for leading and advancing Energy Trust’s enterprise change management function within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an enterprise change management strategy that aligns with Executive Team’s vision for staff’s experience of change—ensuring employees feel informed, supported, equipped, engaged, and recognized throughout organizational transitions is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Energy Trust’s enterprise change management strategy, framework, and governance model..
Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Change Management Lead provides strategic direction and operational oversight for change management practices across the organization.
