District Manager- Pacific Northwest​/Vancouver

Allen Austin is partnering with a leading national provider of professional tree, shrub, lawn, and environmental services to identify an accomplished District Manager for its Pacific Northwest/Vancouver-area operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader to oversee an approximately $25 million service-based business with full P&L responsibility. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the District Manager will lead Market Leaders across the region, strengthen operational performance, develop high-performing teams, and drive profitable, sustainable growth.

• Lead the financial and operational performance of a multi-location district with full P&L accountability.
• Coach and develop Market Leaders while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Drive profitable organic growth through disciplined planning, execution, and accountability.
• Ensure consistent operational standards, productivity, and service quality across all locations.
• Align sales and operations to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and market growth.
• Champion a safety-first culture that protects employees, customers, and communities.
• Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
• Support acquisitions, branch integrations, and other strategic growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.
• Ideal Background
• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven success leading multi-site operations within a service-based organization.
• Demonstrated ability to improve financial and operational performance.
• Strong experience coaching managers, developing talent, and building accountable teams.
• Ability to balance sales, operations, customer experience, and people leadership.
• Experience in tree care, landscaping, lawn care, environmental services, construction services, home services, or another field-service industry is preferred.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth organization is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, plant science, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more throughout the district.
