Job Summary The Clackamas Housing Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, development, planning, supervision, and quality assurance of Impact NW’s housing programs provided to residents of Clackamas County, OR. Specific responsibilities include participation in department leadership, program development and management, staff supervision, training and mentoring, quality improvement, and contract compliance.

The primary working location for this position is Dancing Tree Resource Center. Program services will be provided in Clackamas County, within the Portland Metro area. This position has the potential for a hybrid schedule, however, for the first 90 days of employment the expectation is on-site, in-person work Monday through Friday. Eligibility for a hybrid schedule afterwards is subject to program needs, performance, and supervisory approval.

Essential

Job Responsibilities Recruit, select, oversee, train, and evaluate program staff, including the team of Housing Specialists, in compliance with Impact NW's personnel policies and procedures and in coordination with HSN Department Leadership. Create training materials and oversee onboarding of new and existing staff.

Provide individual and team supervision and conduct regular performance reviews for all assigned staff. Establish work plans and priorities, manage scheduling, and take corrective action as needed.

Identify, provide, and track professional development and training needs for all assigned staff.

Based on program contract(s) and with the assistance of HSN Department Leadership, develop and implement program procedures, program standards and expectations, and tracking and quality assurance review systems, and ensure contractual requirements are met consistently.
