Department Overview:

The US Privacy Office is responsible for the development, management, and oversight of the US Privacy Compliance Program. We work closely with Risk Owners and Oversight Functions to drive a culture of compliance with privacy related laws, rules, and regulations. The US Privacy Office leads and coordinates privacy related oversight by supporting and maintaining:** **

• Privacy Notices and Policies
• Privacy Event Management
• Regulatory Change Engagement
• Monitoring
• Training and Awareness
• Issue Management and Reporting
• Compliance Data Governance Management

The Privacy Data Compliance Governance & Operations Manager (US) provides advice and objective guidance/challenge for data privacy initiatives, and support privacy programs from a governance perspective. This role will:

• Perform review and challenge on Data Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
• Assist in the remediation and reporting of privacy incident management
• Coordinate Privacy LMS training updates and completion rates
• Oversee the Privacy Designate Mandate including list management and access
