The
Program Manager
leads the day-to-day planning, operationalimplementation, coordination, and data-informed evaluation of BGF’s portfolio of wellness and community support programs. Working in close partnership with the Executive Director, the Program Manager translates strategic priorities into accessible, engaging, and participant-centered experiences—both online and in-person.
This role requires an organized, tech-savvy, and collaborative leader with strongorganizationand interpersonal skills.
The Program Manageris often in situations where theywillrepresentthe Brian Grant Foundation and must be a strong spokesperson and comfortable in multiple social contexts.

The Program Manager will oftencollaborate cross-functionally across the organization. This includes working withthe:
- Communications Manager to develop outreach strategy and program messaging.
- Development Director to translate program metrics, outcomes, and participant impact into clear, compelling narratives for grants, funders, and sponsors.
- Executive Directortodesignandimplementlong-term programmatic strategy.
- Subject matter experts who BGFcontracts withto deliver programs.
Program Strategy, Operations & Delivery
Program Oversight & Delivery:Oversee the end-to-end planning,logistics, scheduling, and delivery of virtual and in-person programs.
Strategic Alignment:Partner closely with the Executive Director and the Program Advisory Councilto refine existing offerings and launch new evidence-based program initiatives.
Technical & AV Execution:Set up, test, troubleshoot, andoperateaudiovisual (AV) equipment, live-streaming software, and hybrid meeting technologies to ensure seamless virtual and in-person participant experiences.
Budget Management:Develop and manage annual program budgets in coordination with leadership; monitor program-related expenditures and evaluate budget performance on aquarterlybasis.
Data Infrastructure:Lead the collection, organization, and ongoing management of program data across all virtual and in-person touchpoints (attendance, engagement metrics, surveys).
Data-Informed Decision Making:In partnership with the Executive Director,establish benchmarks, analyze program trends, and regularly synthesize and evaluate data to assess program effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Outreach & Messaging Strategy:Partner with the Communications Manager toestablishoutreach calendars, provideaccurateprogram details, define audience segmentation, and align messaging to boost community participation.
Grant & Funder Alignment:Collaborate with the Development Director to ensure program deliverables align with grant commitments, sponsorship agreements, and reporting a key programmatic spokesperson, ensuring team member sand BGF…
