Metal Fabricator and Press Brake Operator

• Operate the press brake on a weekly basis and cross‑train on the laser.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules (7:00am‑3:30pm or 5:30pm) and occasional overtime or weekend work.
• Collaborate with other departments and cross‑functional teams to complete jobs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings; measure, layout and fabricate metal parts.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding, grinding, and finishing to produce ready‑for‑powder‑coat or other finish options.

• Background in structural steel fabrication; experience with light gauge sheet metal and tubing preferred.
• Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding.
• Excellent attention to detail and mathematical ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to follow complex instructions.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions; maintain good housekeeping.

• MIG welder, TIG welder, angle grinders, drill press, shear, cold saw, horizontal band saw, hand tools.
• Materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, mild steel, tubing, bar stock types and sizes; identification of gauges and shapes.

Wage range from $25/hour to $32/hour.
