You Will Contribute
  • Manage change and transformation among operating teams in the implementation of IL6S - Integrated Lean 6 Sigma phase journey, FoF - Factory of the Future, line-centric organization and roles (AM - Autonomous Maintenance, PM - Progressive Maintenance and an integrated 6-star model within operating line teams) to progress into self-sufficient teams. Role model values and principles through coaching, mentoring and development of the team.
  • Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Coach line leaders, cascade and communicate plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding around priorities, focus and KPIs.
  • Lead and be accountable for establishing a strong governance to review and control operational performance and a continuous improvement plan. Embed a zero-loss mindset to continuously improve and deliver best-in-class results internally and externally. Drive the operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability and operating systems to deliver a reliable operation.
  • Support all manufacturing standards and governance, compliance requirements (e.g., Corporate Quality, Food Safety & GMP, Health & Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, Code of Conduct, Policies & Principles, Operational Standards, Local legal requirements, Internal Audit norms, and other procedures). Ensure these are understood and regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
  • Lead and be accountable for talent, capabilities & engagement for the manufacturing team—identify and implement critical levers to attract, retain and develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to support a sustainable workforce. Partner with multi-functional peers internally and externally to achieve objectives, goals and KPIs.
What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career along with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
  • An engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
Education / Certifications
  • High school required
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
Work Schedule
  • Monday–Friday 7am–3pm with ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • May be required to work different shifts in addition to being on call for consultation during other shifts
Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program with potential for over achievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez International offers benefits including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education programs, paid holidays and vacation time.

Some benefits have eligibility requirements and many are subsidized or fully paid by the company. No relocation support is available.
