Check furnace operation vacuum level, power supplies, pumping system, cooling system and overall operation of the furnace;
Load material into charges cans and verify paperwork and weights before starting the heat;
Maintain and monitor vacuum levels during melts and operate the mold filling system during pours;
Take samples of molten metal for lab analysis and adjust composition as needed with the ABS Blend System;
Complete accurate logs, production reports and equipment records
