Inventory Specialist

Our client in Oswego, OR is seeking an Inventory Control contractor who must become Forklift Qualified, which requires an associate to successfully pass a Written Qualification Test and an observed Practical Test in whatever type of forklift(s) they will be using on the job. Qualification for Forklift operation is good for two years. Successful completion allows the associate to assume the position immediately.

Forklift Qualification expires after two years and Re-Qualification must take place.

• This is a customer-facing position that will regularly engage with both internal teams and external customers.
• Provide parts support for approximately 20 internal technicians and 30–40 external technicians
  , ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate part selection.
• Communicate with customers and technicians regarding part availability, order status, substitutions, and delivery timelines
  .
• Handle Shipping & Receiving responsibilities
  , including processing incoming/outgoing shipments, packaging, tracking, and coordinating deliveries.
• Maintain accurate documentation for orders, shipments, and inventory movement.
  
  No hand tools used.
• Machines and Equipment Involved:
  Depending on operation, will use any or all of the types of forklifts Liebert operates.
• Mechanical aptitude, basic mathematical skills, ability to learn to read and understand SFA transmittals and drawings
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn to use Liebert Enterprise Software as appropriate
• Candidate must be physically able to turn repetitively and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain regular attendance and have the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
