Forklift Operator

About the Position

Kenco Logistics is a leading 3PL provider committed to innovation, integrity, and strong support for its employees. In this role you will operate and maintain powered industrial equipment to manage product flow for shipping and receiving activities.

• Safely operate forklifts, clamp, and picker equipment to move, load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems.
• Follow product rotation procedures and perform cycle counts as required.
• Conduct daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist and ensure the facility is inspection‑ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum two years of forklift operating experience and forklift operator license or ability to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

The approximate pay range for this position is $17.94 – $26.94 per hour.
