Welder Fabricators

Our client, a leading organization in steel manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking dedicated Welder Fabricators to join their team. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting the fabrication and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Welder Fabricators

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: Rate will be depend on experience and the detail is provided below.

• Entry-level / helper welder fabricators: approximately $22–$26/hr
• Intermediate welder fabricators: approximately $27–$32/hr
• Experienced structural or certified welder fabricators: approximately $32–$38+/hr depending on certifications, testing ability, and fabrication experience

Shift: day shift

What's the Job?

• Perform welding operations using FCAW / Flux-Core and MIG / GMAW techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately
• Conduct fit-up and assembly work for structural steel components
• Operate fabrication equipment and perform layout work as needed
• Maintain safety standards in a fast-paced industrial environment

What's Needed?

• Experience with FCAW / Flux-Core welding and MIG / GMAW welding
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols proficiently
• Experience in structural steel fabrication and assembly
• Capability to pass a 3G weld test (1-inch vertical plate)
• Reliability, safety-mindedness, and adaptability to a manufacturing environment
