Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with standards.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.

Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
