We are looking for a motivated Sanitation Technician to join our food production team on day shift. This role is physical, fast‑paced, and important. You will keep our production rooms clean and our equipment sanitized to strict food safety standards. Monday through Thursday, consistent hours, no rotating shifts, and room to grow.
As a Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and sanitizing production rooms, as well as disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing industrial food processing equipment. You will also play a direct role in upholding food safety standards throughout the facility.
Schedule- Monday through Thursday - Day Shift
- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 3 days off every week
- $17.00/hr to start

- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- Physical ability to handle extensive walking, prolonged standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and working overhead
- Strong core, lower back, and grip strength; ability to carry 40-pound buckets in each hand and lift up to 30 pounds from floor to chest height
- Comfortable working at heights for tasks such as working up in the rafters
- Prior experience in food manufacturing, commercial cleaning, or industrial sanitation
- Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, or GMP food safety protocols
- Experience operating floor scrubbers or pressure washing equipment
- Work performed in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and moving equipment
- This role involves working around industrial machinery and may include exposure to electromagnetic fields generated by production equipment
- Exposure to food allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts including contact with skins, oils, and dust generated during processing and grinding
