Milgard Windows & Doors (MITER Brands) – Tualatin, OR. $22.00/hour with $2.00/hour swing shift differential. Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, start at 3:30 PM. Overtime is mandatory as required.

- Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color).
- Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers).
- Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication.
- Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and/or frame.
- Install and attach hardware components.
- Inspect work‑in-process and finished units for quality standards.
- Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment.
- Participate in problem‑solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and production orders.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong team mindset with reliable attendance.

- Previous manufacturing or team assembly experience is a plus.
