• Measures and sets up splines, preparing for aluminum
• Moves carts of aluminum from staging area to spline
• Lifts aluminum extrusions up to 27 ft long and 10–100 lb in weight between two employees from transport rack to spline
• Uses air‑powered wrenches to bolt each piece of aluminum to the spline
• Works in pairs and follows direction of floor lead
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
• Has basic math skills, uses calculator and reads tape measure
• Can work cohesively in a team environment
