Harvest & Cultivation Lead — Cannabis Production

About Us

We are an established Oregon cannabis producer with 13 years in operation, focused on quality, consistency, clean production practices, and a strong team culture. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, hands‑on person who can grow into a leadership role on our harvest and cultivation team.

This position is best for someone who takes pride in hard work, communicates clearly, holds themselves to a high standard, and is comfortable helping guide others. Cannabis experience is helpful, but character, drive, consistency, and leadership potential matter more.

What You’ll Do

Harvest Leadership & Execution

Team Direction

Support the department lead by helping newer team members stay organized, productive, and focused. We need someone who can communicate clearly, speak up when something needs attention, and set a strong example.

Plant Work

Perform daily cultivation tasks including de‑leafing, trellis adjustments, plant organization, label accuracy, and general plant care.

Room Turnovers

Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, resetting, and preparing rooms for the next production cycle.

Quality Standards

Help maintain clean work areas, follow SOPs, protect plant quality, and make sure small details do not get missed.

Inventory & Supplies

Keep nutrients, PPE, harvest supplies, and tools organized. Communicate when supplies are running low or when something needs to be fixed.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety, sanitation, PPE, and OLCC compliance expectations.
