About Us
We are an established Oregon cannabis producer with 13 years in operation, focused on quality, consistency, clean production practices, and a strong team culture. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, hands‑on person who can grow into a leadership role on our harvest and cultivation team.
This position is best for someone who takes pride in hard work, communicates clearly, holds themselves to a high standard, and is comfortable helping guide others. Cannabis experience is helpful, but character, drive, consistency, and leadership potential matter more.
What You’ll DoHarvest Leadership & Execution
Help lead harvest days from start to finish, including cutting, hanging, moving plant material, cleaning rooms, reloading rooms, and keeping the team on pace.
Team Direction
Support the department lead by helping newer team members stay organized, productive, and focused. We need someone who can communicate clearly, speak up when something needs attention, and set a strong example.
Plant Work
Perform daily cultivation tasks including de‑leafing, trellis adjustments, plant organization, label accuracy, and general plant care.
Room Turnovers
Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, resetting, and preparing rooms for the next production cycle.
Quality Standards
Help maintain clean work areas, follow SOPs, protect plant quality, and make sure small details do not get missed.
Inventory & Supplies
Keep nutrients, PPE, harvest supplies, and tools organized. Communicate when supplies are running low or when something needs to be fixed.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety, sanitation, PPE, and OLCC compliance expectations.

- OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit, or ability to obtain one by start date
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in warm/humid rooms for extended periods
- Weekend or holiday availability on a rotating schedule when needed
- Must be dependable and ready to work in person, hands‑on, every day
- Prior cannabis, horticulture, warehouse, farm, production, or leadership experience
- Experience helping train or guide a team
- Basic handyman skills, tool use, or light repair experience
- Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment
- Starting pay: $19–$23/hour, depending on experience and leadership potential
- Guaranteed raises at 90 and 180 days for employees meeting performance expectations

- Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
