Summary
  • Focuses on production stability and implements lean methodologies to improve flow of products and people.
  • Assesses and performs to rate readiness requirements for manufacturing operations.
  • Reviews facilities footprint and recommends improvements for layout and workflow.
  • Utilizes root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Performs capacity planning, forecasting for staffing, and recovery planning for factory operations.
  • Conducts analytics and time studies to support manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Applies work measurement techniques to establish standard times and process benchmarks.
  • Supports supply chain logistics, transportation, and fabrication of raw materials into products and assemblies.
  • Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations.
  • Defines, develops, implements, and improves production processes.
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field.
  • 2 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.
  • 1 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with work measurement and time study methodologies.
  • Experience with problem solving including root cause analysis.
  • Manufacturing experience in aerospace or related industry.
  • Experience with capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
  • Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
