Olympia Provisions is looking for a Raw Fabrication team member to join our production crew. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of what we do—working with high‑quality ingredients to craft sausages, salami, and pickled products using traditional methods and modern food safety standards.
No prior experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and taking pride in producing something real and well‑made, you’ll fit right in.
This is a full‑time, early morning position (7 AM start), ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent schedule and being done with their day by mid‑afternoon.

Schedule:
Full-time. Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM. Some flexibility and overtime may be required.
- Formulate and scale batch ingredients, including whole spices, fresh herbs, starter cultures, and vegetables, adhering to Olympia Provisions’ quality standards.
- Engage in vegetable prep for pickle production and maintain quality and safety protocols throughout operations.
- Operate meat processing machinery for stuffing and hanging all sausages, ensuring whole muscle products are prepared within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to FDA and USDA regulations.
- Update daily logs and batch labels to track in‑process products, ingredient inventories, and ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and SSOP.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Must be reliable, with the ability to meet the work schedule and adhere to the company’s attendance policy.
- Meet Production Schedule Deadlines:
Daily contribution to the team’s processing all of OP’s raw meat, including stuffing and hanging of pork products. - Minimize Waste and maintain clear, consistent communication with the team 100% of the time to ensure all products meet USDA and product specifications.
- Stop the line if errors occur; compliance with HACCP, USDA, and DOH regulations, assessed through regular audits and inspections.
- Workspace cleanliness and organization, evaluated through visual inspections and adherence to sanitation protocols.
- Time Management:
Effectively manage time to complete tasks within set time frames and meet work schedule expectations. - Adherence to Policies and Core Values:
Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to all Olympia Provisions (OP) policies, including food safety and quality policies; maintain punctuality and arrive on time for work; exhibit teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail; prioritize safety and foster an inclusive work environment.
