Location: Tigard, OR
Pay: $70,000 to start DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and production standards
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Support new product introductions and process validations
- Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
- Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements
- Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Experience supporting production environments
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
- Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
- Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Process improvement experience
- Experience supporting production and manufacturing teams
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands‑on mentality with a desire to improve processes and drive results
