Manufacturing Maintenance Team Member

We are now hiring for a Manufacturing Maintenance Team Member. This role is responsible for supporting safe and efficient operations through equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, troubleshooting, repair work, preventive maintenance, and general support of production needs.

Manufacturing Maintenance Team Member Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 24.21 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)
  • Perform general facility maintenance, cleaning, and equipment support tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, CNC, robotic, and production equipment depending on experience level.
  • Complete preventive maintenance and assist with equipment installations, repairs, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Follow all safety procedures, use required PPE, and help maintain a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Maintenance Team Member

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates are safety-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (Key and Lead position)
  • Meets housekeeping requirements
  • Performs work with regard to safety and ergonomic requirements
  • Able to recognize, count and match numbers
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
