Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Worker role in Portland, OR. Our client is a well-established manufacturer committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks to support daily manufacturing operations.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently following company procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Load and unload materials as needed throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors promptly.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic with a dependable attendance record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening as required.
- $17.00 per hour
