Overview
Plant Manager job at Tandem/Neal Associates.
Location:
Portland, OR. Currently recruiting for a plant manager position located in the Portland, Oregon area. Seeking candidates with a background in the metals manufacturing industry with experience fully running a Profit and Loss statement.
- Manage a single plant location, including production staff and production schedules.
- Allocate resources for capital expenditures.
- Experience in metals manufacturing and P&L management.
- Experience running a plant operation and leading production teams.
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Salary up to $170,000 with up to a 40% bonus, a $10,000 car allowance, and excellent benefits.
