To assemble complex segmented patterns in a dimensionally controlled fixture in preparation for the gating process;
Inspect pattern components and dimensional fixture prior to loading;
Read and follow technique card assembly instructions and plan methods to complete assignments;
Assemble complex multi-component patterns to maintain dimensional integrity;
Inspect assemblies during and after assembly to detect defects and ensure quality
