Tooling Preparation: to accurately prepare tooling dies for operation. Assembles disassembles, prepares and positions tooling dies for operation; changes die inserts as required.;
Mold Machine Operation :
To operate moderately complex molding machines accurately and efficiently using technique cards and established setup procedures.;
To maintain dimensional integrity of product Sets up, monitors, and controls mold machine functions.;
Keeps dies clean during molding operations.;
Removes wax parts from die, inspects for defects, and trims.
