Position Summary

The Flex Force (subsidiary of DZYNE) business is looking for a Production Assembler/Technician. This position works on the manufacturing, production, and service of products. This includes the on-time assembly, testing, quality, packaging, and shipping of US and international sales orders. The employee must have the ability to perform essential job duties without posing a direct threat to safety or health of the employee or others.

The employee must also perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill , and/or ability required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving of both inventory and non-inventory materials and supply items
• Inventory management and accuracy
• Processing WO's and conducting transactions in our ERP system.
• Produce new units as well as conduct repairs. Repair activities include: evaluating, estimating, and performing repairs, modification or overhaul of customer returned units to manufacturing specifications.

• 5+ years' experience working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment as a Production Assembler/Technician

• Inventory control
• Receiving, and shipping in an ITAR/Export Controlled environment.
• Conduct oneself with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
• Verbal & written communications skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness in identifying and resolving issues.
• Follow goals, policies and standard operating procedures of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Work in cross functional teams.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

• Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
