Shift Oven Operator to oversee the oven line, ensure product quality, and help keep production running efficiently and safely.
- Monitor the oven area and ensure products move smoothly through the production line.
- Perform regular quality checks and ensure ovens are operating efficiently.
- Keep production on schedule by maintaining set speeds and processes.
- Support a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
- Assist with changeovers, equipment cleaning, and setup tasks.
- Communicate any quality concerns to leads or supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
- Previous experience on a production line preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in hot environments throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.
- Able to read and record information such as Safety Data Sheets and production records.
- Must be reliable and willing to work weekends as needed.
- Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
