In this temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associate role, you will support the production of ceramic cores used in aerospace molds. Manufacturing AssociateJob Duties:
- Weigh, batch, and blend powders and raw materials using mixers and batching stations
- Operate production equipment including heated mixers, presses, and granulators
- Inspect, clean, and repair cores using tools like files and slurry mixtures to fill imperfections
- Load and unload trays of cores into carts and drying furnaces
- Assist with chemical room processes and routine cleanouts
Schedule:
Day Shift: Friday to Sunday, 4a.m. to 4:30p.m.
Pay: $28.66 per hour
Manufacturing Associate Requirements:- At least one year of manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to wear PPE: steel toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb
- Proficient reading and following verbal or written instructions
- Basic math skills and comprehension
