Grind mold edges, vents, and components to specifications to prepare for dewaxing and casting;
Inspect shells for cracks and defects and perform repairs as needed;
Apply insulating material and attach components to shells as required;
Maintain and log mold weights, lot integrity, and paperwork across process steps;
Operate equipment (dewax autoclave, drying, borescope on LPCT) and ensure safe handling of materials and waste
