Box and scan boxes and assist machine operators in running machines and orders through the machine properly;
Operate and monitor processing and material handling equipment in a refrigerated environment;
Read tickets and interpret special requests, recognize cuts of meat, and perform basic math;
Stand for long periods in cold/wet environment and perform heavy lifting as needed;
Work safely with machinery and maintain a fast-paced production workflow
