Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM
- Swing Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Welder / Fitter
Location:NE Portland, OR
Pay:$28-$32/hour DOE with room to grow
Who We Are:Our client is a busy manufacturing and fabrication shop in N.E. Portland looking for experienced welders and fabricators to join our growing swing shift team. We take pride in producing high-quality fabricated parts for a variety of industries while maintaining a strong team-oriented environment focused on craftsmanship and precision.
What You’ll Do:- Fit, fabricate, and weld parts using shop drawings and blueprints
- Perform FCAW welding and assist with TIG welding as needed
- Operate fabrication equipment, welding machines, drill presses, and shop tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Competitive pay ranging from $28-$32/hour DOE

- Minimum 2 years of welding experience
- FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) experience
- Basic TIG welding knowledge
- Experience operating fabrication and shop equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Must pass a 3G weld test
- Strong fitting and fabrication experience
- Well-rounded welding background
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
