River City Environmental is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding sheet metal and structural components used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while contributing to projects that directly impact our customers' success.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metals and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld sheet metal and structural components to required specifications.
• Inspect completed welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with fabrication and installation teams to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Insurable driving record
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

• AWS certification or equivalent welding credentials.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel welding.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience.
