Overview
We are searching for an experienced Welder at our Portland, OR facility. This role is perfect for a candidate who just received there welding certification or has less than 1-2 years for experience and is looking to be apart of an amazing team!
Responsibilities- Setup machines to exacting specifications and prepare machines for production
- Operate various projection welding machine setups
- Arrange job parts by line number and by like pieces for processing
- Check all dimensions/locations of hardware cut-outs and frame handing for accuracy
- Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees as well as end user
- Install all required reinforcements, including but not limited to hinge and strike reinforcements, various kinds of anchors, corner gussets and closer reinforcements
