This position is responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring efficient and effective production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Superintendent will lead and manage a team of production workers, provide technical support, and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure production processes are efficient, effective, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain a safe and clean production environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
