Production Technician I (Production Operator) Portland, OR $23.00 - $25.00/hour (DOE) 9 Immediate Openings Shift Options
* Day
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
* Swing
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+$1.00/hr Differential)
* Night
Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+$2.00/hr Differential) Overtime opportunities available and may be required based on business needs. * Prepare, inspect, label, package, and fill chemical drums
* Operate pallet jacks and overhead cranes (training and certification provided)
* Set up, calibrate, and operate production equipment
* Monitor processes and maintain accurate inventory and production records
* Perform routine cleaning and preparation of containers and equipment Team & Shift Support
* Participate in daily shift handoff and team meetings
* Follow work assignments and established operating procedures
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
* Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals Safety & Quality
* Follow established safety procedures and quality standards at all times
* Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators and cleanroom attire, for extended periods throughout the workday
* Identify and report safety or quality concerns immediately
* Participate in ongoing safety training and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support adherence to cleanroom protocols and manufacturing standards What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
* Basic math skills and calculator proficiency
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
* Ability and willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators and cleanroom garments, for extended periods of time #cb #p1 #p
