Production Manager, Production QC/QA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22–$28/hour
We are looking for adependable, motivated, and goal-oriented Production Leadto oversee our bottling department. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work alongside the team while helping keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have apositive attitude, strong work ethic, and a motivated mindset. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, sets a strong example for the team, stays focused on meeting production goals, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. The right person should be aself-starter who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and is committed to helping the team succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the bottling department
- Work hands-on alongside the team during daily production
- Oversee the bottling process and ensure products are filled accurately and efficiently
- Keep the team on task and help meet daily production goals
- Provide direction and support to team members
- Assist with training new employees
- Monitor product quality and ensure bottling procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Follow and enforce safety and production procedures
- Identify and help resolve production issues
- Communicate production needs and concerns to management
- Assist with other bottling-related tasks as needed
- Must have previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Bottling or packaging experience is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable giving direction and keeping team members on task
- Must be willing to work hands-on alongside the team
- Must have a positive, professional attitude
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to follow and enforce safety and production procedures
- Team-oriented and willing to step in wherever needed
- Ability to keep the department organized and running efficiently
- Paid Sick and Safe Leave per state law (OR/WA depending on assignment)
