Location:

NE Portland Pay: $20.09–$25.49/hr DOE

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Swing Shift Also Available Overtime:
Weekday and occasional weekend overtime available based on production needs

Opti Staffing is partnering with a commercial cabinet shop specializing in high-end store fixtures and displays for retail, hospitality, casinos, and the gaming industry. They take pride in quality craftsmanship and producing detailed architectural millwork.

• Stain, paint, and apply topcoats to wood fixtures and architectural elements
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to identify parts requiring finish
• Operate pneumatic spray equipment and various hand tools
• Mix stain, lacquer, and paint to achieve custom finishes
• Perform masking, sanding, blending, and surface preparation
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Assist with special projects and other finishing tasks as needed

• Experience staining, painting, and applying topcoats to wood products
• Experience using pneumatic spray equipment and related tools
• Ability to mix finishes to meet color specifications
• Strong understanding of masking, sanding, and surface blending
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Good communication and reliability
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Preferred:
  Previous experience in high-end millwork or retail fixture finishing
• Experience working in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
