Print Production Associate

This position is for a Print Production team member who is ready to contribute to team goals and production deadlines with attention to detail and a committed work ethic.

Available Shift: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4:00 pm Pay: up to $23/hr depending on direct skills and experience Benefits After Hire: 401(k) + company match, Profit Sharing, Dental, Vision & Health, up to 3 weeks PTO within 1st year!

Job Duties:

• Run several large high-speed printers, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain company standards of quality while completing quantity goals and meeting deadlines.
• Offload prints and load materials onto the cutter while ensuring all materials remain in the correct order.
• Make adjustments to equipment in an effort to maintain optimal production output.
• Report mechanical problems to appropriate personnel.
• Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation, and routine maintenance.
• Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent work experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
• 6 months of recent work experience operating production and/or manufacturing machines (Printers, Mailroom, CNC, Presses, etc)
• Highly physical position, so must be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs frequently, as well as stand, move, bend, sit, and walk the entire shift.
• Basic Computer Skills and knowledge
• Proven record of excellent attendance and consistent work history over the last year.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience running high-speed printing equipment (Canon/OCE, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera)
• Experience with variable data printing or mailing
• Familiarity with color calibration or finishing equipment (bindery, cutters, etc.)
