The Marketing Manager oversees all Marketing and Communications/PR functions, guiding day‑to‑day departmental operations while driving strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s brand, visibility, and market impact. This role leads the marketing team, manages key campaigns and events, and ensures cohesive, high‑quality execution across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure collaboration, efficiency, and timely completion of all projects.
- Direct and execute assigned marketing initiatives, including cause‑related campaigns, promotional programs, and special events.
- Develop, implement, and communicate comprehensive marketing strategies that support company goals and enhance brand positioning.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, media partners, and communications stakeholders to support effective marketing efforts.
- Communicate marketing strategies and program updates to sales and internal marketing personnel to ensure alignment.
- Leverage digital communication tools—including email platforms, PowerPoint, and social media—to strengthen marketing and sales initiatives.
- Oversee the editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Write marketing-focused content, including articles on business and industry trends.
- Manage the company website and ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Recommend, administer, and monitor the marketing budget within approved guidelines.
- Evaluate marketing strategies to ensure they are high quality, effective, and cost efficient.
- Represent the company at trade shows and contribute to PR and marketing efforts at public events.
- Maintain the marketing database, digital assets, and backup files.
- Track inventory and usage of printed marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop communication strategies that support the company’s mission, products, and services.
- Ensure consistent branding across all print and digital materials, including logos, brochures, publications, and corporate templates.
- Measure and analyze the cost-effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Marketing, Communications, and/or PR management.
- Ability to perform hands‑on tasks required for daily marketing operations.
- Proficiency with digital communication platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook).
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows or similar events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision or follow‑up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver effective Marketing training to internal teams.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
