Energy Trust provides for a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Marketing Coordinator would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum for company wide All-Staff meetings and as needed for larger team meetings and workshops.
Your New TeamThe Program Marketing team at Energy Trust of Oregon sits within the Energy Programs group and leads marketing efforts to support energy efficiency and renewable energy programs across the state. This team is responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns; conducting customer insights research; creating culturally specific campaigns for priority communities; and managing creative agencies, vendors, and program contractors.
We collaborate closely with Energy Programs staff to align on program design, customer journeys, and community-focused initiatives - producing marketing assets to raise awareness, increase engagement, and drive participation in our offerings. Each year, the Program Marketing team manages 70+ campaigns across multiple channels and supports 100+ products and services, partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders to bring our work to life.
The Program Marketing team is made up of 13 colleagues and is divided into smaller teams that support different areas of Energy Programs. In this role, you will join the Business Program Marketing Team- a mighty, collaborative group of 4, where you will be become our 5th member. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager – Business Programs.
The Business Programs team supports a wide variety of initiatives that help Oregon’s economy thrive, including:
New Buildings, Existing Buildings, Business Lighting, Industry and Agriculture (I&A), Multifamily, Energy Performance Management and Small Business.
The Marketing Coordinator – Business Programs is an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and helping a fast-paced team stay on track. This role collaborates closely with Marketing Specialists, Managers and Senior Managers, Program Managers, and program implementers across Energy Trust’s Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural sectors. You’ll support the development and execution of marketing projects by keeping timelines moving using project management software, ensuring marketing deliverables are accurate and on brand, and helping coordinate communication across stakeholders.
